~Synopsis~
The science fantasy story Tokyo ESP begins with Rinka, an extremely poor high school girl who lives with just her father in modern Tokyo. One day, she is going home from school when she chases a "flying penguin" to the top of New Tokyo Tower—only to have "fish swimming in the air" suddenly appear before her. One of the fish goes through Rinka and gives her extraordinary powers beyond those of normal humans, particularly the ability to slip through solid objects.

~My First Impression~
Take X-Men... blend a little bit of Ga-Rei-Zero with it... and put a small slice of Ikkitousen in it..... as for seasonings put some boobs, loli, megane, etc.......... and now cook it. The end result will be this "Tokyo ESP".
The world is crumbling, the humans are loosing to Espers, people are dying..... and they wait for a White Haired Esper angel to save them, but she is late. At last, when she arrives, she looks at the camera and makes a cute face. WHAT THE SHIT IS THIS? I wonder what were those stupid animators were thinking. Her last look totally killed the moment. Anyway, here is what I think of this series:
