Synopsis

Usa, a high-school student aspiring to begin a bachelor lifestyle, moves into a new apartment only to discover that he not only shares a room with a perverted roommate that has an obsession for underaged girls, but also that another girl, Ritsu, a love-at-first-sight, is living in the same building as well!

My First Impression

It's hilarious. Yes, there is no other way to say it. I laughed too much that my stomach heats. At the beginning I thought that it's gonna be another usual stupid school romance. It started with a semi-serious atmosphere. But then suddenly the crazy part started, and it evolved to insane fun. This series may turn out to be the best comedy of this season. Haven't had this much fun since Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. Gonna follow this one for sure. Wonder whether I should read the manga too.

The story is revolving around a manor/hostel. This is nothing unique. We have seen the same settings in the classic Maison Ikkoku, Lovely Complex, Suzuka and in a lot other series. But still this will never get old. This anime got a love sick stupid boy, emotionless kawai senpai, a pervert, a drunk sexy lady with big boobs and another major character who has yet to reveal herself. Hmm..... now that I think of it, it really is very similar to Maison Ikkoku. Even the character settings are pretty similar. Well... whatever... as long as I can enjoy it, why should I complain?
